In early October 2006, I had finally removed 95% of the asbestos siding covering the home. This revealed several Greek Revival features! (Though it also revealed a very dirty looking home exterior, which upset my wife for months.)

My wife begged me to take and post some photos of the house's exterior paint job in-progress. I don't think that's such a good idea, as it pretty much spoils the surprise of the "after" pictures!
But, I gave in. Here are some photos of the house with the paint job about 75-80% finished.

Calling this a "paint job" seems like an understatement. With the asbestos siding removed to reveal some cool architectural features, we repainted the house according to a nine-color period color scheme!
