The one tree I really, really love in the Spring are the redbuds!
We don't have these back where I'm originally from (Wisconsin).
I like the fact that they're not very tall trees, as a general rule, but they're fairly common in the area. What wonderful purple flowers!
My only disappointment is in how old these specimens appear to be. They may only have a few seasons left. |
