Plumbing Problems already?

PROBLEM: It was 95 and humid out today. By bedtime, the 2nd floor master bedroom was still very warm. A small rotary fan was not much help. Terry misses her ceiling fan.

The problem is two-fold: There IS an air-duct near the doorway to this room that IS bringing in cold air. However, the amount of cold air coming in seems a bit low, especially when compared with another upstairs bedroom. The second part of the problem is WHY there’s no ceiling fan in this room: There is no light fixture in the center of the ceiling in this room.

To my surprise, it’s the ONLY bedroom that does NOT have such a fixture! (Actually, I was surprised that the other bedrooms DID already have such fixtures! Somebody was thoughtful enough to put three in, but why skip this bedroom ?)

Terry doesn’t sleep well.
