		<description>As much as you like the fact that the light in the broken arm actually lights, if the wire was indeed broken prior to the epoxy repair, you have a hazard. Given that the arm where the break occurred is glass, probably no chance of a fire, but there is probably very little contact between the broken ends of the wires - this will almost certainly cause a heat problem, and possibly erode the broken ends of the wires.</description>
